At Namesake, we want you to love what you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
